Do we ship out of the country?
Yes we do, call or e-mail us for a quote, ensuring your full shipping address.

How long before we ship once the order has been placed?
In most cases we are able to ship your order to you within 48 hours, in most cases your order will be dispatched within 48 hours or placed on back order, in which case you will be notified accordingly.


Return & Payment

Return?
A 30 days return policy from the date of invoice, after which no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
We do not accept damaged or previously installed products.
If a product is damaged during shipping or transportation, please call immediately, in order that we may claim from the courier company. Settlement needs to have been received on a claim before an exchange can be affected.

20% Restocking fee will be charged on any retured item! There will be no returns on shipping costs.

Payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express Cards, but no COD's.. If you send a payment in, it must be a US postal service money order, and we will hold it for 7 business days until it clears before shipping the product.
If this is a problem to you, you may have your local dealer order the necessary parts and arrange payment with the latter.
